Very unprofessional designer, he refused to fix the dress sleeves for the dress I bought from them. The belt also was short and they refused to fix it.

I one star this place regarding its really terrible service. Especially the lady who works their with a really rude attitude and she does not even assist you and doesn’t want to be bothered with questions i did not spend more than 10 minutes in this place wouldn’t recommend at all.

Nice collection of gowns and evening wear. Good variety that should meet most preferences. However, keep in mind that most probably they will have to make the dress for you to meet your sizes, which takes about a week.

i just wanna come up here and reply to @YasmeenGhanayem, i’m sure this is a mental issue, i’ve seen their store and “ You will pay a fortune and get an Awful costumer service
They lie about all the dates and details” isn’t a way to describe it. “they lie about the dates” ??? sister are you hearing urself? i know a mental health doctor just email me dw i got u , the dresses are absolutely wonderful with the kindest service you might get !!! so please if you have any mental problems, don’t go on the internet and spread negativity or be rude !!!! ( visit them and you’ll experience it urself) thank you ????

Worst place to get a rented dress! Forget about their crazy expensive prices
You will pay a fortune and get an Awful costumer service
They lie about all the dates and details
You will get your dress one day before your event and it’s not gonna be the way you agreed it’s going to be and still the owner is going to make it your FAULT!!
I don’t recommend this place at all
