Very nice salon for female beauty services with normal prices. Sometimes even good offers for special festive occasions. I love the threading lady who has awesome hand for making eyebrows specially.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Booked a taxi yesterday for today and not only the taxi didn’t show up but Glasgow Taxis didn’t bother contacting me to let me know no one was coming to pick me up.
When I called them to check if the taxi was on its way, then they tried calling around to find someone. 15 minutes later someone said a taxi would be there in 12 (!!!) minutes. Goes without saying it took a lot longer for someone to actually show up.
The second time I called someone hung up on my face. They say they can’t guarantee bookings, but that doesn’t given them the right to not show up and not let their clients know about the situation.
If you can’t honor the bookings you take, maybe you should consider another type of business.

Ordered a taxi in the morning for later on that night as we needed a 6 seater. At half an hour late I called to see where it was and they said they would let me know when it was dispatched.... I was confused that it wasn't even on its way yet or been told it was running late. I said that I had booked well in advance, to which they replied 'yeah even then we can't guarantee it will be there', this wasn't mentioned when I booked it and we almost lost our reservation for the activity we had planned in town. Obviously the taxi took another job before us even knowing there was a booking comming up. I had to drive and leave my car in town.

Long story short, don't depend on them coming on time or even letting you know if its late if your needing to get somewhere for a specific time.

Totally unreliable. Booked a taxi in the morning to pick us up at 22.00 at King's theatre Glasgow to get us to central station for 22.30 train. Eventually after numerous phone calls a taxi finally showed up at 22.23 and we missed our train. During one of the calls I asked why the taxi was not there at the time booked and I was told that's not how they work. They don't guarantee a taxi for the time that you book, they will simply get one to you as soon as a driver becomes available in the area. Not interested that they left two pensioners standing almost half an hour in the cold or that we then had to hang around central station until almost midnight to try to get home. I assumed the idea behind booking a taxi for a certain time meant it would show up at that time. Not with this bunch of cowboys. I've now downloaded the Uber app. Do not use Glasgow Taxis unless you are prepared to roll a dice to see what time they MAY turn up. Appalling service

Before leaving home in Yorkshire booked Glasgow taxis to and from a gig at Bellahouston park. Booked a week in advance. Wheelchair user. Taxi to the gig arrived on time. Pleasant driver. Driver did say return taxi booked for 11.30pm might not be on time as area would be busy. He also said drivers didn't want tharmt run as it was too busy. (Why take the booking then)Was notified taxi was pulling up. Make ourselves known to driver.Nothing. no taxi. Waited another half hour then phoned taxi company as online it said taxi cancelled. Told by operative it would be another hour. Got confirmation email. Nothing. 1am nothing. Everyone had left Bellahouston park, all the workers left. 2 girls came out, they'd had a drink or 2 and were waving their arms. A taxi pulled up and it was the driver who'd dropped us off. He asked are we OK. Explained situation. Its now 2am That driver phoned the depot who said they had no record of a booking from me. Odd considering payment was pending from my account.That driver said he'd take us home. Total disgrace. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Very expensive, £10 more expensive than Uber going to Airport. £35 from southside to airport is a joke. Don't give you price when you phone because it is automated and then WhatsApp you to confirm but still don't give you a price even though I asked. Don't know what you're paying until driver arrives. First and last time using. Only plus is arrived within minutes

The drivers know the city well but are let down by a simply useless automated booking system and the operators never answer the phone.
The last half dozen times I've tried to order a cab they simply don't turn up and I've been left waiting.
I'm not going to bother calling them again.

Several times recently I’ve had drivers turn up only to refuse pick up because I had a dog despite me clearly stating this at time of booking. Used to use regularly, now not going to bother.

Very poor service. Taxi driver didn't communicate with us once we got in to the cab. Taxi, very warm. Driver ignored me twice when I asked for the Aircon to be put on.
