Very nice tea and coffe spot with qasba water canal view , the waffle is amazing , and also the karak and nescafe , as i tip i would recommend you to come at sunset time and there is supermarket near by this place you can buy 4 or 5 popcorn each for 1 aed , you can use them to feed the seagulls who come at that time its super amazing experience for adults and kids , enjoy ????

An excellent tea and coffee spot with a waterfront which gives peaceful vibe. I tried their turkish coffee and luqmat.
