What a fantastic taxi service from Wendy. Travelled with our three year old in the evening with a takeaway in tow after a car breakdown, nothing was too much trouble, our number one for taxis in and around Thirsk from now on. Thank you so much for making our evening so much less stressful!

Very poor service, needed a taxi from the train station, just said they couldn't do it and that was it, this was at 11am in the morning so not peak, very poor and unprofessional phone manner aswell.

Amazingly generous company. Used them for a trip to Northallerton from Thirsk. Picked us up later by chance while we were walking ot the side of the road, back from Thirsk town centre to our B&B. Only a mile or so but it was freezing and didn't charge us a penny. Legends

Wanted to book a taxi from Thirsk station to local village. Gave brief description of how far out from Thirsk the village was, and first response I got back was an argument about this. Not booking if this is how potential customers are spoken to.

Really well looked after, clean throughout, fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble, we were a family of 4 with 2 hungry kids, no long waiting times and I have to say the best fish n chips of the year so far. So good we are going back to York today for a trip and making the Wetherby Waler part of it for more delicious fish n chips on the way back home!!!

I tried to book KA Taxi's for a short trip from Thirsk Station to a local garage. After originally having my requested drop off location strangely questioned I agreed to wait until one of his drivers was dropping off another customer at the station in 15-20 minutes.
After waiting for 40 minutes I called back and was rudely told his driver had looked in both car parks for me, unfortunately this was not true as I had been stood in the rain for the entire time at the main entrance. The owner was very rude and incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire call and gave no acknowledgement of the mistake or situation. Either your driver did not come to the car park I said I was in, or your drivers' are in completely unmarked cars? How I wasn't called back to confirm my location or if I had was still there further confuses the issue.
It's nice to see you standing by your staff so much, however maybe open your mind to the possibilities of mistakes or other issues which left me over an hour late for the rest of my appointments for the day.

I can't recommend Kevin enough. I'm a professional wedding photographer and had a wedding in Thirsk yesterday and have another one down in Oxford today. I emailed Kevin 3 months ago because I was in need of transport, and he said he'd happily drive me to where I needed to be. He was on time picking me up this morning and the ride was great. He's just dropped me off, and I've made it in time with an hour to spare. Kevin is extremely reliable and very friendly. Couldn't recommend him any more!
