We got the junior suite. It was a bit pricey but very good service. Ample pool and gym facilities. Super clean pool water. The front desk staff was very courteous. Had shops at walking distance for all the necessities. Desi and Arabic Restaurants, convenience store, super market, mega mall, fast-food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Good Rooms
Helpful reception, but not actively working on problems solving. Air conditions problem, room lockers not working, kind of old.

Be careful with parking which is over difficult to park as its really small and if you not good driver better to dont move ground parking.

Owner/Manager is respectful person…

The best thing which may forget all their problems maybe is their Arabic cofe and tea.

Good refreshment is that…

Hopefully till my next visit they will solve all…

Hotel service is okay but as in space extremely small like the reception and they also don't have valley service as there parking is sooooo small that you can scratch your car which is important to have a valley service , room space as in deluxe is okay , lets talk about the breakfast buffet not alot of variety but also unsatisfed breakfast starts from 7:30am went to have breakfast by 8:30am the bread (bakery side) the Croissant and donuts were horribly strong like it was made last week *gummy strong* breakfast including room booking i dont recommend but its way better having your breakfast outside DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY and the room service who’s supposed to clean our room just arranged our room without taking the plates or even put some times in the right place * laundry iron* was left on the chair plates still left on the table washroom tooth brush was thrown away without putting new one no tissues ????????u200d♀️

I have stayed in Rayan multiple times and the hotel is very good, well maintained with all amenities. Hotel staff is very polite and professional. Good place to stay in Sharjah. Ideal location.

I hope they could help me find my precious wedding ring.i hope they could access the camera the night it was lost feb 19 around 9pm where i use the toilet to the going to our room 809 could possible lost my ring ..

Very recomendable fir friends. Very clean and have good ambience. Nearest to malls & supermarkets and church. Kids friendly

Special thanks to the employee of the Department of Economic Development Hamad Al Balushi, he helped me with my transactions and I thank him for his approach to customers. He also thanked the receptionists for their respect for customers.

In UAE national day celebration. Check in is at 2:00 pm we reached the hotel after 3:30 but the rooms we not ready and we had to wait more than an hour to check in
And a lot of negative things we faced
1- swimming pool is good but the water is very cold and no heaters, we didn't enjoy it
2- no room service even if you asked they will not come.
3- we asked for towels they said is not allowed
4- parking is very small and narrow
5-wifi is very slow connection and keeps disconnecting
