Went to exchange dirhams to jordan dinar and the casher said they only have 50 notes and they do not have 20 or any other notes.

If you do not have small services like this, i think you should consider looking at your managment maybe.

One of the worst experiences
Customer service is the poorest on earth
They lie about rate on the phone and when you go they give a different rate
Never considering this unprofessional place ever

Whoever is in charge of this place has mental problems. Western Union is also a bunch of dumb staff and system. My name is clearly mentioned in more than a 20 transactions, yet they misspelt my name.
I won't waste an international call to call up and be rude to all of you as you are rude to everyone else. But allow me to extend my warmest wishes to you to fail in your miserable business because of your miserable behaviour and unprofessionalism.
Honest Review based on multiple experiences using Radha Al Ansari and Western Union. I really hope you get shut down ????

Poor customer service and unprofessional staff do not know how to deal with problem created by themselves after sitting on my money for approx 1 month and deducted fee from my money for their own mistake. Worst ever company.... Will not send money with them again....NEVER

The worst experience in all my transactions in the UAE! Yesterday i went to receive some money that was on the system after sometimes they told me its not showing anymore !! Asked the sender and western union they both show me that the money was taking at the same time i was there !! So where is it and who took it ???????????!!!!!???
