Despite the less than average interior, I go for specific nail technicians that I like. Last time I went I booked with a certain technician, and as soon as I arrived on time, I saw that the technician was given another client at the time of my appointment.

The receptionist that had answered my call seemed to mess the appointments up. No care whatsoever was shown when I left disappointed that I drive from Dubai to get my nails done.

Queenie is excellent, she did such a good pedicure for me, she is gentle with the nails and a kind person, and also friendly. I will recommend this place because of her for nail services.

They only do one style of curls - VERY curly that makes your long hair extremely short. And no it does NOT loosen up with time. They don't blow dry your hair before curling so yes it will stay frizzy. More expensive than average salon and they refused to rectify my hair even tho that hair style was NOT what i asked for. I said i wanted loose waves. Never going there again. All services became worse with the new manager.

Worst experience at a salon, bad customer service. The hairdresser lied to me about the prices of the hair dye, and they evaluated my hair as "very long" when it's just long.
My hair now has parts that are dyed and parts that are not, because the so-called hairdresser dyed my hair without even seperating it into sections. Never coming back to this horrible place.

I did not enjoy my experience at all

I tried both hair and nails and both services were mediocre!

But i have to admit that they have a nice nail polish range.
