Negative rating. This is my mistake without reading comments I started agreement with the real estate. Very poor service. They are arranging external agents and we have to pay for them as well. After getting payment they won't do any procedure in proper manner. Waste of money and waste of time. My humble request to all don't go with this Royal Elite. I took the video of flat that we got. Without proper maintenance they are arranging. We booked the flat half months before still maintenance is pending. I took the video because I read previous comments. Thanks for all those who share their experience.

Don’t go with this real estate because they are not handling client properly and I have very bad experience with this company.

Very careless mangement

They missed my files

Very bad experience with this real state,specially the lady manager doesn’t respect the clients and very rude to us and the staff don’t have proper knowledge and they lie to us regarding the agreement,the management should hire a good manager so u get a clients,,cheating the clients with fake promises.very bad experience

I would have rated negative, these are the worst real estate. They charged for each and everything however they hav not provided the maintenance. Also they took over the building from Al wajeer real estate and I hav kept 1k deposit which they didn't gave me back saying ask the old real estate people. Worst facility. I don't recommend this real estate to anyone. For each and everything they will ask the photo proof.

am the renter of Tayab building shj after my 1st renual i was inform them and feel the form on bar code 4 time but no body responce til now 2 month gone now after i went ofice get the no of supervisor Mr faisal and call but he dont no how to talk with costumer v bed. i think they just do the action on when any 1 cheque bones after bones cheque they wil cal same time and give fine and the other issues they got silent v poor management

Royal Elite Real Estate IS THE GREATEST REAL ESTATE IN THE UAE, it has been very loyal to me, even though they ask for evidence, its basically what they’re supposed to do! Keep Up the GREAT WORK!!!!!
