What's worse is the unprofessional behavior of the person taking orders, who happens to have a beard. He not only lack basic customer service skills but also fail to communicate politely. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they shifted the blame onto the cook, which is simply unacceptable. To address the issue, I was asked to send pictures and videos of the incorrect food through WhatsApp. This unnecessary step only added to the inconvenience, as customers should not be burdened with such requests. Despite providing the evidence, the offered resolution was a refund of one dirham, the cost of the egg noodles. Regrettably, the refund has not been processed, and no further action has been taken by the restaurant.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care exhibited by this Restaurent. It is clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or value their patrons' time and money. I strongly advise others to reconsider taking orders at this restaurant as their repeated mistakes and disregard for resolving them reflect a concerning level of incompetence and negligence.

My daughter birthday party here. Around 35 person on capacity small family area.
The management also very co operative with client. Especially Mr nishad. He suggested some ideas and make the party was good
