We would not hesitate to recommend the House Vet. Karen and Irene made a terrible day so much better than it could have been. They arrived with bags full of treats and treated our dog Millie with so much love and kindness, they were incredibly understanding and gave us all the time we needed.

The actual process was very gentle and knowing that Millie felt relaxed and peaceful has given us a great deal of comfort.

Thank you Karen and Irene. You are brilliant and made such a difference to both us and Millie that day. Should we ever have another pet, there is no doubt in our mind that we would come to you.

We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful care you gave to Wanda and us. You allowed us time to say goodbye, you explained exactly what was going on and you let her stay in her favourite place in the garden even though it was hard for you on your knees!
Your compassion and empathy made an awful situation so calm and peaceful. Thank you both so very much, bless you.

Having to say goodbye to Murphy was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make. As soon as I was in contact with Karen she constantly reassured me and showed so much patience! On the day Karen and Sian were amazing, explaining everything as they went, knowing when to give us time to say goodbye and allowing us the time we needed. I couldn’t have wished for it to be any better for Murphy…….he was the best, deserved the best and you gave us the best, thank you ❤️

Karen and Sian are wonderful people and I can’t thank them enough for accommodating our needs during such a difficult time. They are professional and considerate. The work was carried out beautifully and allowed for the peaceful passing of our beloved pet. Thank you.

Nothing can change the outcome of the terrible day when you say final goodbye to a loved and cherished family pet. But Karen and Irene made the process bearable. We said bye to our beautiful and beloved Boris yesterday but know that he felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Thank you both so much for treating us and Boris with such compassion and sympathy.

We were so grateful for the sympathetic & supportive way Karen & Irene put our dear cat Tom to sleep.
Explanation of the procedure before & during the visit was exemplary and we felt we were in good hands.

Thank you so much for your care, compassion and love you gave to our Yuki, she passed so peacefully, no pain, no stress or anxiety.

Both my husband and I are so grateful for the gentle and considerate way you helped us say goodbye to Myrtle our working cocker spaniel. After 15 years of affection from the most loving of dogs it was incredibly hard to take the decision but the House Vet made all the difference to a very sad day. We cannot recommend them more highly.
