1h waiting for staff in check in desk? Are you serious? No even 1 person to work? Do you want more staff I have for you very easy solution because you clever management can't figure out the answer I will give you of charge!!! Listen carefully....INCREASE WAGES so you will find the staff.

No payrise since 4years? How bad you have to be that your staff is complaining to customers?

Dodgy and dishonest staff at Gatwick airport, I have been dishonestly over charged for excess luggage, thieves they are and they refused to provide complaint procedures to unhappy customers. avoid!!!!!!
