Great store, and Amazingly helpful staff as well. I was assisted by Mr. Walid, and his customer service is top notch. Not only he was assisting throughout the whole journey of buying, he went above and beyond to complete the experience as well.

Nothing wrong with the store or it's employees however Samsung as a company is very disappointing. Also Samsung care + in UAE is not very good, does not save you much money as compared to other countries. I would not buy the fold as it's a very delicate device and care plus for it is not good, still pay a huge amount to be fixed.

Really it fake company warranty , and not respect their work
They just seeking for any reason to say no warranty,
After I bought my phone in 3 months, it stop charging and not working.
When I visited customer services in Sahara mall, the rejected to fix as they said there a small scratch on the back side and no warranty!

Excellent Customer service…We were having an issue with our phone and the staff Mr. Waleed and Mr. Arun guided us and helped us very patiently. Undoubtedly great deals and great service. You will step out of store with a smile for sure

The brach manager Mr sai has been extremely helpful with all our quires and assisted us with the purchase of our new phone. He assisted with transferring the data from old phone, assisted with all our numerous questions and suggested us with good purchase decisions. Thanks again to Mr sai and other store employees for making our visit to the Samsung store remarkable.
