Been going there for the past 5 months now. Decent sized Local gym.
Enough machines for all exercises.
Great atmosphere. People are staggered so all machines are accessible easily. Firoz the trainer is always hands on and makes sure to correct forms and advise on exercises.

Body fitness is too important for every man.I wii do gym 1 month. This gym is too much good inside Ajman. And Firos vai and Anis is too much good,,,,,,
