Friendly, busy GP surgery. Helpful receptionists. Appointment system changed a few times over the years. Getting one on the day always a race to be first served. Pre-bookable appointment system better now.

Always see my children very quickly. Emergency appointments also have been available as required by myself and my husband. Great care taken. Staff throughout are kind and compassionate. Would not relocate due to this surgery alone!

Been a patient for over 23 years have agriphobia and sadly have to go as they don't do home visits for anything like that even though I can't leave the house at all! Really unwell and there is no juty of care. Always running late for appointments always late with prescriptions glad I'm out of here. so many people have said the same on a website good luck to anyone trying to go with this doctors!!!!

Good location and easy parking for surgery. Reception staff helpful but booking system dreadful. It will take you a matter of several days and weeks sometimes to speak to a doctor so be aware! Some doctors better than others esp Dr Harris and Dr Askew. I was once misdiagnosed by 3 doctors over an issue and the advice made my injury worse until I finally pushed for a scan which showed ligament damage so it took 2 years to fix instead of 3 months due to incompetency!
Update 2023 - reception staff have been really helpful since review 2 years ago. Have had no probs with blood tests etc as have been sent to other group practice when required. Upgraded star rating to 4. A surgery is only as good as the staff in it!

Actually pathetic, to an unreal standard.

First of all I've been in this surgery many times alone waiting to be seen to hear the phone constantly ringing and the staff ignoring it and even joking about it.

Secondly I requested a prescription I have used for the past 5 years with no issues and they rejected it I told them it was for a holiday and i'd really need this cream an was still rejected it. When i finally did get the perception it did NOTHING to help because they changed what i was using on the ground of 'it needs reviewing' I would of been more than happy after my holiday to go in and review the cream. Yer the couldn't even do that for me. Actually pathetic. Should be closed.

I had an appointment with Jane the Diabetic nurse, I must say Jane was outstanding, she was calm and very knowable. She obviously cares about here patients and it showed during my appointment.

Well I've had my fair share of poor doctors service but this has got to top them all together. Refused to provide me a single day supplyental health medicine (1 tablet) which takes the edge of and helps me sleep after 3days of no sleep I'm losing my mind and they refuse to provide a tablet to tie over while waiting for my records to be sent.
Treatment towards mental health needs to change you'll soon be known as the worst UK doctors I should know I've used all over UK
