Kachra hotel these people are destroying Hyderabadi name in food Sunday 8.30 they don't have biryani and forcing to take dal chawal imagine Hyderabadi hotel doesn't have biryani that too the time is 8.30pm.

When I ate at restaurant it was good but when I ordered at home delivery it was not good Biryani

Didn’t gave good mutton pieces and didn’t like it

Once restaurant name is famous they start doing things like this

My son loves their chicken 65..its quite juicy n tender... N we like noor jahan biryani but they don't have space to park n sitting area is quite less

This restaurant doesn't deserve any star. It's a pathetic restaurant. I ordered Chicken tikka masala and Prathas for takeaway. Chicken tikka had only 4 small pieces of chicken and it wasn't tikka at all. On the menu Pratha price is 1Dhs, but in the bill they charged me 3Dhs per Pratha. when I asked why, they said menu price is only for breakfast. That means, same pratha they are selling for 1Dhs in breakfast, but if you order in lunch, they will charge 3dhs. I don't see any logic in that. I asked him to cancel the pratha before chef starts cooking. But the receptionist said, he can't cancel the order. They don't have option to void. They just want to rip off the customer 1st time itself. Anyways I took the parcel and went to home to eat. When i tried pratha, it was like rubber, not soft at all. Chicken taste was also average. I am never going to this restaurant again to waste my money.
To post the comment i had to select one star coz google doesn't let me post without selecting the star. In actual I give ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO stars.

Why giving you star because comment will not post untill you dont give this pathetic retaurant a star.This restaurant is very very very very pathetic. Biryani baqwas, Taste baqwas, chicken burned , not even hot . i felt embarracment infront of my family because i insist them to eat. i teared the menu that not to order again. i will not recommend anyone and will tell not to do order from here. I KNOW MR OWNER WILL NOT DO THE RESPONSE AT THIS COMMENT BECAUSE HE WILL ONLY COMMENT OF GOOD ONE.

I visited this restaurant after booking table and spoiled my family dinner for 4 Adults.
After waiting for 30minutes we expected every thing hot and tasty
Then comes
1. Daleem (99.9% daal +0.1% mutton garnish like butter on top) instead of Mutton Haleem as promised it was as cold as if 30mintues waiting was showoff .
Prices at 20AED should have been 10AED for Daleem

2. Afghani chicken : surprised first time in life chef Cooked chicken grave and on the top Egg fry . May be chef is not from hyderabad.
Left the dish as it was tasted only gravy
3. The Tandur roti offcourse it was served hot ( As no other choice for them)
4. Mutton biryani was flaming cold less then room temperature. ( Restaurant not at all bother to serve hot)
5. Chicken Biryani was again flaming cold less then room temperature ( smell of and see black at bottom)
6. Cancelled Desert/ sweet after above review.
Cash counter requested for review few time I was quite for a while , after insisting I said u don't cook food in this restaurant bring from other branch and serve it as cold as possible.
This branch looks like franchised and full staff under pressure not to serve customer but make more profit from business.
