He just take some milk in the cup and pour little hot water.
Without even mixing he kept in the counter. I told him bai just mix it, you making tea. I said I ordered tea not water. He just scarring at me.
After that I informed this matter to the incharge there, he said he will inform the staff.
Another time I went there to order tea, this Karnataka guy comes to me and questioning me why you complained against me.
I will show you who I am.
I will remove you from your work and started shouting.
Unfortunately Very horrible experience and I told him
I am not working with your company or you are not the one responsible for my work.
My humble request to the Shambath Darbar Group, please avoid these kind of a person in your Abushagara branch, near Old emax, near Al Madeena supermarket branch.
Unfortunately I will not suggest any of my family friends and colleagues to go there because of the verst horrible attitude from this Guy.

I waited 5 minutes to order a tea. Though there were 3 staffs they are engaged with moile chatting and loose talk. Not considering customers. Same happened for payment time. They were busy with their personal chats and trash talking. Fresh milk tea is 2 dh, that's absolutely fine. But snacks are over priced and taste not UpTo mark. The seats asre dusty and not arranged well.
Totally avoidable.
