I’m satisfied with this Freezone. Since 2017 I’m a customer there. Friendly staff, good assistance. Jisha did good job with helping to renew the license. I’m happy with them! And wish Shams good luck and many more happy customers

I recently had the pleasure of using Shams Business Center, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the sleek and modern design, which created a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

The facilities were top-notch, with well-equipped meeting rooms that made it easy to conduct business. However, what really stood out to me was the exceptional staff especially Ms. Neama who was incredibly helpful and made her best to ensure that I had everything I needed to have a productive day. I have been with SHAMS for more than 5 years now, and previously, it has been a very smooth process each time.

Due to activity number getting changed within the SHAMS, the renewal process this time went 2 months long and lost some business trades, customs closed my account for Imports and Exports, bank penalties, etc.. for no mistake or delay from my side.

Every day, I used to call and message Kinaz about the update on my business license renewal, and she did respond patiently.

I'm very glad that I got in touch with Kinaz Ahmadieh, Renewals Consultant. She did understand my situation, and at the same time, she handled it professionally.
