If I could give no stars I would. This company is a joke
Booked a taxi night before for a 7 am run to the train station. 6.55 had call to say they didn't have a taxi for me.
I obviously was upset and stressed as I was going for an interview and needed to catch trains and air flights.

Needless to say I would not recommend them. In fact I think they should forget about being a taxi service and think about being a complaints department.

We've had a return mini bus booked for a concert for a month. We were overcharged because the DRIVER was 40 minutes late, and he didn't even pick us up from the pick up point. On the way back, they left us waiting for over 2 hours in the cold, with a 12 year old, not able to get through, only to be left a voicemail that they no longer had a taxi for us. We are fuming. Never using these again.

Pre booked taxi a day and half before it was due.
3 taxis were somehow booked for the journey for 1 journey.
Pre booked another taxi for the return and after waiting 20 minutes after the due time, only after ringing did I find it was cancelled due to lack of drivers available. No notification given to me.
What's the point in pre booking if they won't honour it.
Was told by first taxi driver that they had 1500 drivers but apparently none available?

We have booked Blueline taxis twice, once for an airport run when it was 50 minutes late and we had a horrendous rushed journey through rush hour traffic. The second occasion was a local trip to a restaurant. Taxi booked for 7.15 for a meal at 7.30. When I rang to query the none arrival I was told there wouldn’t be a car available until 7.45 at the earliest. Ended up asking a neighbour to take us! The operator said the app always accepts the job whether there is a driver available or not. Very poor.

awful! I am left shaken after been literally made to feel so worried off a taxi driver. I paid on the Blueline app the taxi driver started kicking off saying I hadn’t paid. It was pouring down raining and I had a 3 year old and 6 month old with me. He wouldn’t let me pay again on card (because I was willing to pay AGAIN at this point because I was scared) and he said I had to pay cash but I had none and we were right outside my house.
He then let me out the car and 2 weeks later knocked on my door 6pm at night whilst I’m
Bathing my children, asking for £6 refusing to leave. I ended up having to transfer it to him to get him to leave my property (I don’t carry cash). Absolutely been robbed I’ve paid altogether £11 for a ONE MILE taxi trip and been left shaken knowing that this man knows where I live with my two babies. Please avoid this company ???? this was my first ever time getting a taxi with my children purely because my car was in the garage I will never ever do it again he’s totally preyed on my vulnerablity.

i arranged for a taxi for my son for school the day before, it was accepted then at 8am this morning i received a a call to say there is no drivers available. no thanks to you along with other taxi companies who dropped me in it yesterday he was late for school n ive had one very upset son this morning ????

Very punctual service and very pleasant, flexible drivers. Also, I was a little bit short of the fare and the driver was more than understanding. Will be using them again.

I pre booked 2 taxis 1st taxi arrived on time,the driver didn't say a word,it cost me £8.50 which I thought was pricey,the taxi on the way home was booked for 11pm it didn't turn up ,I phoned to find out where it was,I got an automated reply to say they couldn't find a driver and couldn't give me a time of when the taxi would arrive,I was stood outside the club by myself waiting for the taxi luckily I got a lift home from a friend who was at the club with me ,when I got home a got a call from blueline taxis at midnight to say they were sorry they couldn't get me a taxi,so I could of still been waiting I dread to think what could of happened,,this is not the 1st time this has happened, my daughter had the same experience a couple of months ago,this is not a way to run a business, I take the 1 star back ,I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone, leaving a women on her own at that time of night nit acceptable, im suprised you are still in business
