We are really happy about everything. The staff is very trustworthy. My friend forgot his mobile under his pillow when we are changing our room. The guy found the phone who works in hotel staff and he brought the phone us . He is a very genuine guy. Thanks for your hospitality. We really recommend having this experience by yourself.

Had a layover for 10 hours and l was too exhausted and had shoulder pain carrying heavy bags. That’s when I decided to stretch myself and booked a sleeping pod here. 240 AED for a night , happy with service n room. Had clean n hygienic showering facilities. Safe n secure atmosphere.. slept like a baby before boarding morning flight.

Next to Gate 5. You enter through the Duty Free shop. The welcome was excellent and the colours are bright and it’s super clean. Great bed, wall lighting and free water bottles in the room.

HORRIBLE experience at this hotel. AirArabia put me here for a night after they cancelled my flight at 130pm and booked me on the next flight at 430am the next day. Although the cost was covered by AirArabia, I was stunned to see our relatively basic room costing over 1000 AED. Furthermore, the rooms were not soundproof and I could hear the workers and other guests talking in the hallway.

Now for the really bad part. At 130am (yes that's the middle of the night), a worker woke me up and said that it was time for me to go. Naturally, I was astounded as I was resting before the next flight at 430am, which was the whole reason AirArabia put me in this room. I had to drag myself out of bed to go to the reception and she told me that AirArabia only paid for a 12 hour stay, however after my complaints she said she could extend my stay for a few more hours until it was time for me to go for the flight, if I could prove to her the flight time was 430am by showing my boarding pass.

This naturally highlighted 2 very obvious mistakes:
1. When I handed her the AirArabia coupon to book the hotel, why did she not tell me that it was only for a 12 hour stay, and/or check with the airline if this was what was really intended?
2. Before trying to kick me out of the room and then reversing course, why did they not call the airline to check if this could be done, WITHOUT WAKING A CUSTOMER IN DEEP SLEEP TRYING TO GET SOME REST PRIOR TO A 430AM FLIGHT?

Needless to say, I boarded the flight tired and angry. And this is for a 3-star quality room that costs more than 5-star hotels in most countries. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

An amazing hotel inside sharjah Airport, calm , you hear nothing from inside the room , clean and very friendly staff

Nice and clean rooms to stay inside the airport for long transit at sharjah airport. Paid 262 AED for a single executive pod f⁸or 12 hours. Shared toilets and bathrooms are well maintained. Also they have shared dormitory separately for males and females to sleep. Gave 3 stars because as per me the rooms are expensive considering that they do not include any TV or food items. Only basic rooms with bed and a chair/table for resting.

Good to see it small airport but the behaviour of Sharjah airport staff is not good because they are measuring the laptop bag also that horrible experience first time travel between Pakistan and UAE
