I had the pleasure of visiting the Sharjah Aquarium and Museum on a weekend.The aquarium and museum are exceptionally well-maintained and organized, making it a family-friendly destination for all ages.
For a family of two adult and two children, its 91 dhs that includes visit to Sharjah museum and aquarium.
The collection of fishes in aquarium was impressive, ranging from colorful reef fish to majestic sharks and graceful stingrays. The sheer diversity of species on display was a treat for the eyes.
One of the highlights of the visit was the special arrangement they had for visitors to interact with some friendly starfish and stingrays. It was a unique opportunity especially for kids who were absolutely delighted by it.
Despite the aquarium being relatively busy during my visit, there was no sense of rush or time constraint in exploring each area. This was particularly appreciated, as I could take my time to observe the marine life and read the information plaques without feeling hurried.
Parents can rest easy knowing that the security measures in place prevent kids from climbing around the grill and maintain a safe environment for all visitors.
A small food court inside the premises provided a welcome break. It offered a decent selection of refreshments.
Moreover, the provision of ample parking facilities around the aquarium campus. This thoughtful addition proves to be especially valuable during the scorching summer months when visitors can comfortably park their vehicles nearby and avoid the sweltering heat.

Very nice place and budget friendly to visit with family and kids.

Suitable for moms with babies.
They have room for feeding and comfortable.
Elevator is provided so easy for stroller, wheelchair access and people who need to use.

Praying mosque is outside the building and it’s only for men.
Hope management would provide for ladies to.
Minus 1 star for not providing ladies praying area.

Located in Al Majaz, this aquarium is worth to visit with your family and kids. Entry fee is 25 for adults and 15 for kids+10 as service fee. The staffs are friendly and polite. The whole area was revamped recently and they have added many new attractions. You can see wide variety of species there and it is a great feeling to watch them so close. Area is maintained neat and clean. There is a cafeteria, conference hall, kid's arts & crafts, souvenirs shop etc. available as well. With the same ticket, you can also access Maritime Museum also. Shall visit again later.

Visited with family and friends. Very good option for summer outings. The tickets are really reasonable compared to Dubai and with the same ticket you can visit the maritime museum as well (in the same complex). The aquarium is not so big, but it's good enough to keep kids engaged. Also there is play area and Cafe.

This place is amazing. The entrance fee is only 25 AED. This ticket includes Aquarium (huge variety of fish) + Museum visit. Museum is located in front of Aquarium. Inside the Museum you can explore the history of UAE fishing, see the ships and how the trading was working in the past (indeed interesting!).

For this small price you can see a lot of interesting things. You should try this experience for sure, it is very informative and interesting place.

On the second floor they have cafe with a balcony (amazing view).

I want to note that the staff here is welcome and supportive - thank you for that ???? I will definitely bring my friends to show this place.
