First govt department where I didnt feel like i dont belong to this country. People are so sweet so helpful even their seniors. I met deputy director of legal affairs and he was so humble and time giving. This department is the most friendly i have seen. Thank you Sharjah Government

I had the best experience ever. I was treated extremely well, in full respect. The case Commercial Officer assigned to me was Obaid Hilal AlMheiri and he literally went out of his way to sort things out for me and to settle my case.
The entire process from filing the complain to getting it settle was super fast en efficient.
Obaid was super kind, patient, professional. Every step of the way he explained me what's happening, next steps to take, my options, my rights, my responsibilities. Everything. He was always available for me when I had questions.
I wish all government offices worked this well and they were all staffed with Obaids. I wish Obaid all the best!

Such a nice place & place .working hours 7am-2pm . Go by 7am will make you complete all the work same day .Tenancy Registration , Cancellation, Typing center , Print out , all available here

The timing shows ongoogle as well as on the gate
open untill 2:00p and when I reached there they said officers inside asked the security not to enter anybody after 1:30pm.
If their timing is till 1:30pm then it should be mentioned like that. I was coming from long just to do a small work and tried to reach by 1:40 and the security didn't let me in.
Government offices shouldn't be like this in shj.

I created Consumer Protection Complaint for an events effect the whole country , but no use from them. They don't even study properly your complaint. Very disappointing

poor customer service, heard alot rumors about sharjah's unprofessional government services and never believed but now i believe it. I'm calling them since 3 days continuously nobody picks up even tho i have their 3 landline no. their closing time shows on google 2pm but I think they leave hours Before that. Really disappointed by them
