Worst customer service.
They take an hour just to tell me account balance . Lady at the counter dont know how to deal with customer and busy in checking mobile instead to do their job

My digital account was opened on 20th February and still is inactive. I have provided all documents. When I contacted through contact us, I received email to call customer care. When I called them, they asked me to to upload your documents, again I uploaded but still no response.

Very Bad experience our company made a salary account from Sharjah islamic bank dubai but every one's spelling mistake in the name.After my friend account corrected I made account and I have requested 10 times, not to make spelling mistake, then also they have done mistake,very very bad,Better going for other bank is good intead of SIB.

extremely rude staff, i was there and witnessed the guy on the counter tell a customer that their is a “VIP” customer who are prioritized over him even though the poor man was waiting for a while way before anyone else. they do not know how to work well.

Customer service Lama is a really reliable person and she handled my request properly.
She is also very good in her responsibilities.
Trust me this is the way customer service should be.

I visited the main branch in sharjah and i was deal with Samya, i gave her the cash for deposit as i told her the amount,, but at the end she gave me back 500 Dirhams as extra as i gave her by mistake , Thanks Samya for your Honesty.
