What a shame its 2023 and the entire uae is booming and being leaders in everything world wide, but still some employees cant take their jobs seriously, i have a simple question and the reception cant help because they are not knowledgeable also i had to wait 1.5 hrs where there was only one customer ahead of me.

I went for Rental Agreement Attastetion. The service provided to me is much faster than I expected. There are 31 counters and all were full with executives, non-stop working. Token Numbers on Display Units were moving like stock market....my job done very quickly. Only the drawback is for me they are not accepting payment by card, only cash and you have to provide exact amount otherwise you may not get change. When UAE is always a step ahead of digital innovation this is really should get attention by authority. Thanks

There is one Indian receptionist guy wearing glasses sitting at front desk he is so arrogant & not even greeting the customers and not answering the questions and not given token if he doesn’t want act like he is owner of municipality, when I said I will complain against you he said ok do whatever ever you want to do I don’t care … I searched for any senior manager or manager nobody was there to attend my complaint very disappointed and disgusted customer service I have ever seen, it’s better to go to Tasheeel.

The worst Service in the history of bad services, arrogant staff and not helpful. Asked to speak to the Manager and off course they will not grant you access to see even a supervisor.the person who is supposed to work is not there even after 2 visits and no one to cover his Shift...if H/H Dr Sultan Al Qasimi knows what is happening in the municipality he probably will close it....INACCEPTABLE

unncessarily changing free parkinng to paid parking. people are leaving sharjah because of this non availability free parking

poor service. I don't know if that's because of the Coved-19 but they are very very slow. And they keep us waiting outside temp +46c.

Handles in Cars that are impounded by Municipality. However, you will have to go to UAQ to retrieve your car from the Impound Lot - Located near Falajul Maula
