We had a whole working party ready for the delivery. Which never came.
The driver LIED saying they had called us and then not delivered.
Jewsons did not offer an alternative, no offer of redelivery the same day despite asking, no sincere apology.
Disgraceful customer service with no respect.
Never using again, and advise everyone else to stay clear, they do not care for their customers.
