Had to put 1 star to post not worth any. My ex booked a taxi from tesco Whitehaven to bring my kids home operator was very rude. My oldest lad said the driver was very rude and charged him £15 over priced avoid at all costs not happy at all

The driver arrived in time but he was rude and at first he didn’t help me with my suitcase to put it in the car after he saw I’m struggling, he just put it in-front of the the door on the back seat so I couldn’t sit and I tried to squeeze myself at the back seat and the car was smelling so bad and he was smoking while driving without even put his window down.
I was not expecting that at all.
I was looking forward to use their service again but I won’t anymore.

Absolutely terrible company. I booked a taxi for 9am to take me to the train station. No one turned up. I phoned from 9:05 till now and the phone is constantly on busy. Avoid using this at all costs as it’s completely unreliable! Disgusting customer service.

Asked if the accept card and they said yes. Then taxi came and said no. So had to reorder a taxi 15 minutes later and get cash out. Then the second taxi came on time but was not clean at all and stunk off cigarettes

An excellent taxi service.We used them every day for a week.They answered the phone straight away very politely.Car arrived quickly.Clean cars and friendly drivers.We would strongly recommend them.

Never trust, waited in the freezing cold for 30 minutes and never shown up, haven't answered all night, constantly showing as busy line. Avoid
