I first messaged Harri on Facebook about a car I was interested in and was looking to swap my small car with a bigger 5 door car. I visited the garage and spoke to Harri about what I was looking for and he took my details and said he would contact me as soon as something suitable came in. I had a phone call the next day and went to look at a Fiesta that he had which was ideal and exactly what I was looking for. The communication was excellent and the purchase very smooth with them offering to sort out my private number plates. I love my new car and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Harri ????

We bought a new family car from Harri at Steve Rowlands (ford s-max), and service was absolutely fantastic. At no point did we feel we were being pressured into buying a car like you do at the bigger car centres, just a lovely friendly service with help given when asked, our new car has been fantastic already travelled to the other side of the country and back with no issues. Perfect service all round. Thank you very much

Sold my 16 plate car to Harri, money was transferred whilst on site. Extremely easy and hassle free. Was passing the business by chance and they offered best price which beat my part exchange price. Very friendly and professional business so will definitely be returning in future as looks like they have a good set up for servicing etc too.

I can only say that these people gave us the best possible after sales experience and that they are true to their word.
If you are looking for a fair, truthful and reliable transaction then look no further than Steve Harri and the team. If they promise something they deliver. I would advise anyone to look to these guys before anywhere else.

I was travelling about 30 miles to view a car with this garage and due to work commitments it was difficult to get there before they closed. They offered to wait for me to view the car. There was no pressure and I loved the car and the whole process of buying the car was made simple. They even came in on a rugby international for me to collect my car. Iv had the car a couple of months now and I am very happy with it. Great freindly service would definitely recommend.

From the moment, I walked into the showroom/garage, I felt I was talking to genuine people, that had my best interests at heart. My car got delivered this morning and the old one taken away.
I so appreciated the help this morning taxing my car. I felt the whole process seamless. And would recommend this family company to anyone.
