We bought 2 British made sofas in January last year, 12 months later and we are still very pleased with them. The staff at Solomons are very helpful and there is a huge selection. Just revisited today for a new mattress and again great customer service from another member of staff. First class.

Poor custòmer service spent 5000 pounds on 2 sofas within a week 2 leather buttons on the cushions had fallen apart they were going to collect and replace the covers then changed their mind and said to return them a 40 mile round trip waited a few weeks to see if anything else went wrong and then 6 replacement bottons arrived in the post no communication its just dreadfull service

Lovely huge showroom, very friendly helpful staff without being pushy. Great to support trade in Cornwall without going to Plymouth. Easy to find with easy parking. Interesting pieces. We baught he best bed we’ve ever had. Recommend.

Very helpful staff, pre-sale and delivery, especially when we had to postpone the delivery several times, delays totalling a small number of months! We were very grateful for this, but all of the good work was undone.
Unfortunately, at the point of delivery, we found that will will not remove any old furniture, which took as completely by surprise and has caused massive inconvenience to us.
It’s a question I will be asking before I buy furniture in future.
