سيء جدا جدا جدا لا تعامل محترم و finishing bad تعبان .. لا يغطون الابواب بعد تركيبها واذا في اي تصليح وتعديل ما يردون على الهاتف مع ان استلموا المبلغ لكن التواصل فقير مع العميل.. و اذا تاخرت عليهم بالدفع اسلوب غير محترم من مسؤولهم جدا سيئين .. في الافضل والاجود منهم و اخر تعامل معاهم

اسوء من تعاملت معهم بمنتهى الامانة وليس لديهم مصداقية ولا يتبعون تعليمات الملاك بالاضافة الى عدم الرد عند الحاجة اليهم

Fine if you already have the Ringo app on your phone, otherwise payment is by coins. Unlike the rest of the known universe where you can pay for virtually anything by card or phone, that's not possible in Exeter. Lacked the patience to wait for the verification message on Ringo where my account had lapsed so left the car park. We had been enticed to stop for lunch by the lure of some yummy sounding local cafes, but ended up buying a meal deal in Sainsbury's instead so a pretty dismal outcome.

Not the only car park for the Quay! If you're happy to walk from the other side go to the 10 pin bowling car park. Yes, it's an open car park, but doesn't smell and easier to park. Is then a 2 minute walk to the Cafes. You obviously need to walk the bridge. Cash only

Cathedral & quay car park. It’s like a hidden parking but good location if you are planning to visit the city centre with your car then this is the parking spot. the price is not bad. The road are small not a problem unless you have big or very long car or a labo it won’t fit. if you own a 7 seat car it’s ok. Don’t expect a brand new building, this one is old and I noticed some stairs smells. But it looks safe for me, there are many cars that parked here and it is very close to the river where you can ride a boat and a walking distance to Princesshay shopping mall and Exeter Cathedral. You can pay cash or an app.(Ringo) Sometimes the app was slow but I managed to pay via app. I parked in level 3 near the ticket area where the stairwell is located. when I came out through the stairs there’s a ally way which leads you to the amenities, custom house and river.

Good access to town on foot and near the waterfront also. Plenty of spaces. Poor meters, mobile app or change, no card payment, very backward. Rather unromantic stink of urine around the carpark and its access routes. Apart from the meters good carpark. The stink doesn't affect functionality. Would use again

Most of the lights turned off so pitch dark, smells like a broken toilet but much cheaper than all the other car parks. Travel in pairs and don't leave valuables. Good luck

Abandoned as far as I can tell. Most of the lights are broken, every surface is covered in fresh graffiti, broken glass and brick is everywhere, it smells like a nightclub toilet, the stairs and exit are padlocked shut. The booth at the entrance that used to be manned is firmly and permanently closed up, there is absolutely no security: you park here very much at your own risk.

Reminds me of 1970s New York... I half expected Snake Plissken to burst out at any second.

Exeter City Council should be ashamed: this is many visitor's first impression of Exeter. I wouldn't be surprised if most of them go straight back out and keep going on to somewhere a little nicer. Like Plymouth.

Central Exeter spot for parking, easy to pay on RingGo. Short hop across the road into town and doesn’t tend to get full. Mostly go there for the amazing parkour/skate/roller/free-running opportunities that the roof top/upper street level offers ????????????

I didn't feel confident in the safety of my vehicle, The carpark was covered in graffiti with groups of teenagers sitting drinking in groups on various floors of the carpark. I would definitely look for an alternative place to park my car in the future.
