I m not satisfied with this saloon . Actually what happen i took package and one service was left when next time i came for meni that filipno lady said i will not do bcoz i dont have bill and no one gave me bill and she also knows my one service is left . If any customer’s service is left u must give bill

مواعيد سيئة بتيجي عال١١ بحكولك سوري بدنا ننضف الصالون تعالي بعد بساعة???? وعندهم خدمة النقاط جدا استغلالية اقل خدمة بثلاث نقاط ????????بتطلع اعلى من اسعار ارقى صالونات القصبا والخدمة لا تكرر ????وطبعا كلو بتكتشفيه بعد متشتري وتقعي بالفخ.. الصبغة لون ما الو دخل زائد حرق الشعر.. المناكير والبادكير ازا كانت راضية عنك العاملة بتزبطو ازا لا اشي بخزي وهي اصلا بتنفر الواحد يعيد التجربة

Coming from another local surgery (voted 4th in the country), I was worried it would be hard to match the level of care and service. Firstly, the NHS are amazing anyway, but I do not have a bad word to say about Collington Surgery despite the intense pressures they must continually be under. No matter what, you will always get an appointment, the staff and doctors are equally as compassionate and professional too. Thank you.

The doctors and nursery are nice and polite. The issue here is the booking system at the phone which after 2pm doesn’t give the option to queuing but goes in busy mode and you can’t speak with anyone and then when you do find the way to communicate most of the times are rude, puffing people.

A breathe of fresh air after our experience with another local surgery who we had been with for years. So glad we moved to Collington. The receptionists treat you like people not just a number. Very very helpful and the doctors we have seen are excellent. Would highly recommend.

I met Dr Nina yesterday.
What a kind and caring person.
I had a face to face appointment after a phone call.
She was very attentive and actually listened to me. I was very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.
I would also add that in my opinion the surgery has tried its best over the last two years to accommodate its patients despite very difficult circumstances.
I know that sometimes it’s a faff to get through on the phone and that can be frustrating but worth the effort.
Thank you all including receptionists and practice nurses.

I can't rate this surgery enough. The admin team are so lovely and always helpful. Dr Pronga is a fantastic Dr, is so helpful and very supportive.The nurses are so lovely and always lovely to talk too. I know what it's like working in a surgery and people give NHS staff too much of a hard time. We can only work with what we have. Thankyou to everyone at Collington Surgery for always been supportive and being there when I need help with my health.

My experience with this surgery is very good. It sorted out my issues promptly. The staffs are welcoming. Yes, there is a queue to get an face to face appointment but it is true for all the surgery. More importantly, it is possible to speak with the gp in the same day over phone and i found this very helpful.

These guys have been my doctors for the last 15 years. I have have enough stupid medical issues to mean that I have had to attend the surgery a lot. The "phone in by 8 or phone back at 2" system is annoying since it is close to impossible to get through at 8 and plenty of working people are not able to call back at 2. I have suggested many times that, even if the doctors aren't available between 1 and 2, the phone line should still be open for people to call during their lunch breaks. Nonetheless, once you do get through, the doctors are generally great. They actually listen (I have heard many people tell me about their own GPs simply never really listening to them) and give you their time. I've never been rushed even though my consultations often end up covering a number of issues. I have been listened to. My concerns are always taken seriously. There is no reluctance to send me for further testing or to refer me on to a specialist if the problem seems to require it. There used to be a doctor there who was awful but he was only a locum and he has since retired. Currently, all of the permanent GPs are good but obviously I cannot comment on the locums as they come and go so I wouldn't know about them.
Overall, if you can get past the unhelpful phone system, then you'll get a doctor who will listen to you, give you their time, and who will help you as much as possible and pass you on to a specialist if your problem is beyond their remit. That's exactly what I want from a doctor.
