This was a really positive experience. I booked through a 3rd party. The service was quick efficient and my problem was resolved quickly. They even cleaned the car, winning. Dave, the chap who collected the car, was great professional, personalable and polite. Would recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING ELSE BUT CHANGING BULBS AND WIPERS. Had them do my timing belt & fuel injector, van has leaked oil ever since, apparently Dave & his crew re-threaded where the injector goes & now my van is practically worthless, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS OUTFIT.

Used them for a valet and some scratches on wheels took 2 weeks to do than return my car not valeted had to go back i than stupidly used them for a new clutch which first took 2 weeks to do than they returned it and could get it into gear they took it back said it was an oil leak on gear box which I told them to do took a further week or so which no commication what so ever than they returned it and it leaked oil all over my drive I called them to collect which they did and had the car for a further 2 weeks with no communication after I had called 7 times and text with no reply in the mean time I had to get buses to work and incurred other expenses only when I text them with relevant information from the standard board and legal advice did I get a call and the car returned which still isn’t right Clearly are not a professional garage will never use again be warned the cost of this was 13 hundred pounds just wasn’t worth the money and the inconvenience and the lack of service by this company

Excellent experience from start to finish. David was correct in his diagnostic and repair happened on the same day. I will be using them for all service and repairs instead of the dealership in future. Door to door delivery was offered. Price was reasonable and as quoted.

DK were my last call before I threw in the towel on my car having a damaged locking wheel nut. Dave was incredibly accommodating and loved the challenge of removing the nut that all other local garages either made worse or point blank didn't want to get involved. While I was paying he quickly polished the tarnished headlamps that I had mentioned in passing as an MOT issue. If all of this isn't great service - I don't know what is! A great find who I will be recommending over and over. Thanks again Dave, lifesaver!

There was a mix up In the beginning but easily sorted out
Dave the manager dropped car off to apologise even more (much appreciated)
Will definitely being using them again
And would definitely recommend to others

Amazing service. Very honest people after Volkswagen tried to say my spring was broken (when it wasn’t) couldn’t rate them enough! Will definitely be using them again.

Had a full service, anti roll bar links and brakes done on my mk7 transit. Collected my van from a job I was on and dropped it back to me the same day. Reasonable price and friendly service. Work was to a good standard and my van was left in a clean condition after. Highly recommend DK Autos!????
