Very bad experience, insurance company refer to them. For small accident they give appointment after 20 days and for repair they take 10 days. No customer services, at the end the parked the car outside and informed me to take key from security. What they did you have to accept. Even they will not do a good car wash.

I had a very good experience, customer services were very good. I was delt mlby Mr USMAN who is very professional and very helpful throughout the process. He tried to help me, out of the box. When ever I called him on his cell he was very proactive and replied promptly.

I really appreciate Mr. Rahul for the prompt response and to be very polite with the customers. My car had a minor damage at the back side, it got repaired perfectly. Resources like Mr. Rahul is an asset to your company. I really appreciate the way this was handled by your staff.

I never put bad reviews on any business establishments specially during these difficult times. But this I see as my duty to alert others.

I had a side view mirror replacement as part of insurance ( full coverage ) and was cheated by using bogus spare which effected my car's auto smart functions. When complained, I was told that the insurance is to be blamed.Contacted insurance ( Union insurance)and with their intervention a replacement was done with original spares.

Again within 2 months another accident took me through the same workshop and process despite being cheated once. I thought atleast have some know faces from my last visit.

Look at the photos and see the quality of repair. It's just out of the workshop.

Before starting the second repair process I had requested not to give me a bad reapir like the first time .

I later realized that my email enquires where never replied properly and instead will be updated by phone without clarity.

At last yesterday when I received the car I was shocked to see none of the spares are replaced even though I was told otherwise. The suspension is from some scarp which is squiky and tired and damaged fender and broken bumper are reworked with putty and covered with a spare paint to cover up the messy repair.

I am not sure what to do next and is waiting for a reply from insurance . The car value will be effected when at time for sale because of such people.

The funniest part that an amount of 4400 dhs is changed for the wonderful job????

I had a car accident and the insurance took the car to this garage. They needed to fix a dent and paint the front passenger door. The car was delivered with 3 windows not functioning and the paint was mismatched. Unfortunately the insurance company was buddy-buddy with this garage and ended up siding with them. I took the car to a used spare parts to get the window switches replaced, which they claimed 'just burned up'. Turns out the switches weren't faulty, the car needed to be reprogrammed after they missed with the wires. The paint is still mismatched. 0/5 service -5/5 customer service.
