Absolutely exceptional service, no matter where you are in the country. I live in Derbyshire and have struggled to get hold of a rear mech hanger for my Cervelo for a long time. One call to Dryburgh Cycles and the next day I’ve got my mech hanger.

Very friendly, helpful, and quick service. Cannot fault this bike shop. Thank you very much for your help.

Absolutely first class bike shop, good prices, very helpful and surprised to find much bigger selection of electric bikes than any of the shops in Inverness. After initial promise the after sales service has been absolutely terrible, very unreliable, unfortunately the sales pitch is good, so buyers beware.

A very pleasant shopping experience backed up by excellent communications at all times. Shame the same couldn’t be said about the couriers/transport … but Mark helped where he could. Despite the issues around delivery I’d happily recommend this shop and do business there again.

Went out of their way to help us when we hit some issues on our cycle tour. Friendly service, very knowledgeable, good price. One of the best bike shops I've been to!

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff with good range of components in stock (along with things like chamois cream and gels etc), if only my local bike shop were this good!

Just brilliant service. Broke my gear cable out on a ride. Made it to Dingwall where Mark asked James(?) if he could take a look at it as a priority so I could get home. When I came back from having a snack and a coffee it was done. What stars!! Thanks again!

Quality local bike shop. Very helpful in meeting our needs and well stocked with parts. Also seems to have a great range of both new and second hand bikes. Thank you for being so helpful.
