Gave the destination of the Premier Inn Churchill Way and agreed a price of between 6 and £7s with the driver. We didn’t know where we were going and where thankful for the journey. Passing our proper destination the driver drove on stating there is a few Premier Inns, we took his word. We were dropped off at “something”centre and he told us we had to walk around the corner to our hotel. We gave him the top end being £7 and tipped him well, looking forward to checking in. What he forgot to mention was the hotel was actually a Travel Lodge. Feeling ripped off we refused to use any taxis in Cardiff, we then set off and walked back to where we should of been dropped off.
