Souq Saqr is a narrow souk walking street, small shops on the both sides of the street. It is known as Old Souk, too. Souq has been reconstructed and it looks out a bit a turist attraction but it is easily seen, the souk serves local people. There are many kandora shops, both tailor shops and sellind ready made kandoras. You can buy local style woman dresses, clothes for children, shoes, or delicates. This time I visited there, the souk was almost empty: on Ramadan, two hours to iftar people have other things to do as shopping.

Old Market where all traditional and modern items are available. Good place to shop for cloth for kandoora and accessories. Many dry fruits shops and bakala available

Great old Souq specially if you are visiting Sharjah. It’s a must.
For all the residents, you can find great bargains here from cloths and such. Oh yeah and candy, chocolates, chips and all the old staff you can find it here... you will be amazed of the findings
