On 29th January 2021 booked the cargo (60 kgs) completely personal items including my dresses. Till date (17-March-2021) the cargo has not yet moved out of UAE. Pathetic service. They assured it will reach destination within 30 days and upon enquiring they said they are having issues with Customs and will take 1 week more to get it shipped. Really !?! Please don't waste your money and time with these kind of unprofessional agencies.
