Great place for gathering and studying

The staff is friendly. I ask for hazelnut latte but i didn’t like it and they accepted to change it. Ice white Mocha latte was so delicious. The inside is a bit noisy as it’s small and the outdoor area no internet and was hot.

Starbucks Al Qasba has become a meet up venue for my friends for tete-a-tete. Their famous coffee of different variations has provided options for customers of all ages. I have always love their red velvet cake and capuccino when coming here. The ambiance is also unique and you can enjoy the view of Al Qasba outside at your convenience if you opt to dine outside. Coming here has become a routine every weekend.

They fully have my support. The whole team is super nice, easy going, down to earth and professional.
They are such a delight to deal with their friendly, helpful and great attitude.
The coffee and almost all drinks are great and definitely recommended.
Hats off to all of you guys...

I have never experienced anything as bad as this. After buying some food and drinks with my friends and sitting down, within 5 minutes we were asked to leave because we didn't order enough food and for more room even though the whole shop was empty. We got kicked out for simply ordering food and eating it. with the excuse being that 'oh you didnt order enough and we want more seats for other people that actually order food and drinks' The staff that had told us this was saying they have to run a business. However kicking out your loyal customers for paying you didnt seem right. Hence myself and my friends that are regular customers decided we will never go to starbucks again.

very shame that I went there to order one mango dragon fruit and you told me we cannot give it to you right now like today I don’t know why, but they refuse to serve me without any reason very shame from Starbucks????
