Morning 05:04AM, Barista Mr. Saeed gave me bad start of the day.

Maybe it was due to a bad night's sleep, or long shifts?, or the shot poured too fast, or the milk didn't come out right.
The barista was so annoyed it was obvious, and I thought that maybe he was going to start throwing things.

He chased me in sitting area and start laughing.

Obviously, this fellow need some counseling.

NOT STARBUCKS STANDARDS !!!!

rude staff, wont give me extra cup even though I was gonna pay for it. I really dont recommend this branch other branches do as customers ask. Would love to give it a zero if possible.

worst starbucks branch ever!! i asked for mango dragon fruit (tall) they guy working for the drive thru said that the cups were out of stock and they only have medium/large. when my sister ordered her double shot he said tall was available !
the drink he gave me was berry hibiscus with mango syrup and they added dragon fruit in it which he did not inform me of before.. i made sure to tell him that i want the mango dragon fruit with no additional syrups !! he charged me 36 dirhams for a drink that i didn't order

Amazing team they have here in this branch. They are fantastic when it terms to customer service. Keep it up! For sure, I will be back with my friends.

It is the best shop and location to me for many reasons, like foods, beverages & staff....espacially JEAN!
She is very keen to do her job in a perfect ???? manner, as well as she is very kind, polite & helpful.

I ordered one cup of refreshing lemonade… I waited in line for more than 15 min. And all people who came with me and after me were served except me.. the issue is when I asked the employee about my order he responded with a lie, and said it is ready and waiting for serving only… I waited for extra 15 min and my order did not come… then the employee came agin to take my order which was not ready in the first time.. it will be my last time to order again from any branch of Starbucks.
COSTA is better and TIM HORTONS is better!
