The place was a little quiet the time we visited it. They didn't have all the bread. The staff recommended the subs and meals which were good on a budget. The staff was very good, patient and helpful.

Very rude employees.. Keep shouting and rasing their voices and throw all the responsibilities on the customer! + promise to solve the problem and call me back but didn't get any call?? IGNORED! VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

It is a very bad experience!! I have placed my order through subway application and was waiting for so long, then I gave a call to check what happened with my order its too late!!
The person working there was hesitating with ( I dont care tone) sorry madam all the applications are off we were cleaning at this time!!! Execuse me????? Whos fault is that i have work tomorrow and already up late and he was like this was we have you need to wait or cancel its up to you!!!! Veryy Very Veryyyy bad staff unfortunately was not expected this answer at all.. Especially this location in Al Khan Palace Tower .. Staff name was Faisal & Milan both with a rediculous attitude!
