A lovely park well maintained full of green. The entrance signage should be mentioned in english as well that the park is only for ladies.

I had thought as Garuda Indonesia was part of SkyTeam its customer service would have improved. I booked a flight and five weeks before I was to use it they changed their flight times which meant I couldn't make a connecting flight. They didn't inform that they had done this I found out by accident! I tried their online chat and phoning them once I got to Indonesia - no one replied. On emailing them to cancel the flight and claim a refund I was assured it would happen. I checked again at Denpaser airport at their desk and again was assured my money would be refunded. The flight would have been two month ago and I cancelled 3 months ago and still I haven't been refunded even though they have my credit card details. Being part of SKYTEAM clearly means only smarter uniforms and branding!!

Fine until something goes wrong then a phone line that’s not connected, a live chat that’s unattended and email that’s not responded to. Ended up loosing my flight with o recourse. Seriously where exactly is customer service??!
