I booked mani and padi with blow dry for my birthday I had the best experience, the place is clean, smells nice and very hygienic
The staff were amazing Phuong, Mary and grace.
I really recommend you book in the morning so calm and quiet, won't be my last visit ????

the atmosphere is very calming, their work is clean and nice although my nail polish didn’t last for long like around 4 days.. the staff is very polite and classy, only downside its kinda overpriced than the rest

Highly overprised, low quality products and very rude staff, especially the receptionist. Removing an old gel polish is 120 dirhams and putting new one is 350. After the pedicure, I had to ask them to clean again as the skin was still very dry. First time I experience this rude attitude and low quality of service. Sure I will not go back again.

Update: 3 days later, all the gelish is peeled off and broken.

I’m in love with the clean work and the staff are soooooo cute and the manager (see) are so patient with the customers and nice ???? , I will come again because of the clean and fast work and for the lovely stuff

My day old manicure looks rough already. Tech didn’t use a basecoat and wanted to finish the service really fast. It was done very carelessly and was not worth it.

The worst service ever !!!

I took a hair appointment with them they literally took more than 2hrs to finish my hair (simple waves) and the hairstyle was honestly the worst I have ever done in a saloon my hair didn’t flow or move or even looked natural because they put so much spray in my hair it took me a long time to wash back at home. The employees are un trained and unprofessional regarding hair styling , it was honestly one of the worst experience I have ever had in a saloon. The owners of the saloon erase bad comments on the posts I wouldn’t recommend anybody to trust them for hair at all!!!

Absolute joke, called to book an emergency appointment for my cat to see the vet, was told it’d be a 10-15 min wait. Then the driver had to cancel to do a “school run” we were then told that it would be only a 5 minute wait. 30 mins has now past, I’ve had to call them 6 times to find out where my taxi is an my appointment is in 5 minutes meaning now I’m going to have to wait at the vets for even longer than I was due to. I told them on the phone that it was an urgency and the lady just seemed so nonchalant about it. Won’t be using these guys again haha

Taxi driver took me to the wrong address (same road name, different town) and then dumped me in said wrong town and flat out refused to take me to the correct address because the address he had been given by the office stated Ramsgate and not Margate and also the fact that his partner was 'dressed and ready to go out for dinner'; After refusing to call for another taxi on my behalf due to this absolute shambles, charged me for the privilege of being abandoned in the wrong town. After ringing for another taxi and explaining the situation I was offered zero apology, remorse or even compensation; however the 1 silver lining I can scrape for is after being told there would be an hour wait, it was arranged that a taxi came in 5 minutes; still had to pay another full fare though. As a male approaching 30, all I had was annoyance. If I was of the opposite gender and younger I dread to think of the vulnerability and fear instilled by this god awful, shambolic and chaotic business.

Booked taxi to train station in allowing 25mins for a 3min taxi ride. Taxi showed up 5mins before my train so I missed my train and had to wait at the station for an hour for the next one making me late for my appointment. Totally unreliable service.

Ordered taxi for 5pm and return 11.30 on a Friday night. Both arrived on time and were well priced. Messages received when they arrived with details of car that was picking me up and the return taxi phoned when I missed the message. Great service.

Terrible service. Constantly late, they speak to you like they have 1 driver available for the whole of Thanet and just useless in general. They’ll also lie to you and say 10 minutes but you’ll be waiting a lot longer than that. Avoid them like the plague

Absolutely fantastic company, yes they run a little late but, a great service. I ordered a 6 seater taxi, they sent a 5. We needed to catch a train. They were on to it straight away, we got to the station 20 minutes to spare. Thank you United Cars Taxis. Definitely will use your service again. Big thank yous.
