I recently part-exchanged my car with Pinewood Autos and couldn't fault them! After seeing a car they had advertised on Auto Trader, I got in touch with them and they were happy to see me the same day. They gave me a very generous price on my car, nothing felt like a hard sell and Martin was friendly, helpful and accommodating!
It can be tempting to go to a big dealer thinking you'll get better service, but in my opinion Pinewood Autos proves that that isn't the case! Would recommend again and again - thank you!! :-)

I would definitely recommend this dealership without a doubt, such a hidden gem! Martin was brilliant at handling everything about my now purchased Polo, taking me on a suitable route around Godstone for a test drive and was just genuinely friendly and really easy going to be with whilst I was checking out and deciding if the Polo was right for me. Really happy with the price too and provided us with a spare wheel as the old one had been taken. Overall absolutely over the moon with the car and quick service for my first car, I will definitely be back in the future!

After spending months searching for my perfect car, I finally found it locally at Pinewood Autos. But I was too late, a couple secured it with a deposit an hour earlier. I was devastated. Martin was very understanding, and we discussed other vehicles, but he knew how disappointed I was. He took my number and said he would call me if anything changed. True to his word Martin did call me back…the couple had preferred another car that had just arrived at the dealership, and if I still wanted the car, it was mine. I went that afternoon to test drive the car and it was exactly as described. I love it. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate recommending any of my friends and family to Pinewood Autos, the service was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all there was no hard sell! Nothing was too much trouble.Thanks guys!

A friendly low pressure dealership that knows what it’s about.
Traded in a Nissan for a Ford, valuation was quick, and the subsequent sales transaction was top shelf.
One downside is the car they sold me is too good, and likely to outlast me so this will be first and last time I’ll be able to do business with them.
Well done!

Martin was extremely accommodating and helpful all throughout the experience of buying our car from him. He collected me and my family from the local train station just to view the car that I had expressed interest in. He answered all the questions we had and helped us with arranging the finance and a motor plan. We're very satisfied with our purchase and want to thank Martin once again for his help. Just good friendly service. And prompt replies after the sale. It's nice to deal with someone who's really invested in what they do.

Really impressed how easy Pinewood Autos Ltd made selling my car and getting a new one. Knowlegeble, professional and very approachable without being cheesy. They were flexible and sorted out an issue with the vehicle I was selling without any drama.
I would not hesitate to visig Pinewood Motors when I want to change my vehicle in the future.

My partner and I cannot recommend Neil and his dealership enough. We live 150 miles away but contacted Neil because we saw the car online. He was beyond helpful, from sending us a video tour of the car, delivering it to us & even responding with any queries after the sale has been completed. The customer service has been second to none and my new car is immaculate and exactly as described. Excellent price too!

We purchased a great car from Keith and couldn't be happier. The professionalism with their Covid measures and kind, polite manner means we would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The after care received has been second to none and the whole family has been enjoying the car which looks great on our drive!
