I had to use Coombefield vets on a Sunday afternoon for to have my dog PTS as an emergency. It was very sad and the staff here were so so lovely and caring, made the process very smooth and not stressful at all. They also then sent a card out saying sorry for your loss and thinking of you. It was such a nice thoughtful touch, I would recommend this vets to anyone based on the great customer service experience I had in a really awful situation. Thank you again

Friendly, professional, nothing is ever too much trouble, and the pets always come first: everything I could want from a practice. and as we have 3 dogs, we need a great practice! Plus, they know about Leish, and as one of my fur kids is a Spanish rescue and Leish pos, it’s such a relief! 100% recommend

Our dog Luna had to use this vets as an out of ours emergency, despite only leaving our local vets 30 mins earlier.
She was so poorly and we didn’t know what the outcome would be.
The vet called Ash was amazing!!
Very kind, compassionate, honest and gave us plenty of time to process what was happening and answered all our questions, no matter how silly some of sounded.
Luna had been cared for beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with their care and dedication to my lovely Luna.
I would highly recommend this wonderful caring team. Our Luna is back to her crazy, bubbly ways. Thank you so much !!!

Very compassionate staff, attentive and caring for both pets and owners. Sadly I had to have my rabbit put down with them but I wouldn't have wanted it done anywhere else with the amazing treatment we received. I am not registered with them, but I had to go there as it was out of hours. Today I received a wonderful condolence card from the staff, such a thoughtful idea and so very appreciated. Thank you very much.

Best vet I've ever visited. They were prompt and very professional at the same time ensuring you and your pet were important to them.

We've had bad experiences with other vets but this one has been amazing. Can't rate them high enough. Our dog is nervous but the way they treated him was incredible, so caring and knowledgeable, getting down on his level. Many, many thanks, Coombefield.

Visited recently as my dog needed her annual vaccines, usually the lady vets are really kind and patient however this time we had a male and he was awful and seemed to get really frustrated and angry with my dog because she wouldnt comply and shouted at the lady vet " This dog needs some serious work" whilst pinning my dog to the floor with his knee in order to administer the vaccine. I wont be using them again.
