Went to return a parcel, followed the instructions given to me by the company. Woman inside very rude. Told me I could not return there without paperwork (which the company said I did not need). Tried to explain, she continued to speak to me in a disrespectful, unacceptable manner. Completely unhelpful. Will never return.
