I have been using talabat for years! And today is the last day for sure!
I placed an order that showed it wasn't confirmed from the restaurant with ETA 43 mins.. while i waited almost 15 mins the time didnt decrease so i called the restaurant which confirmed that talabat didn't even show up on site. Contacted talabat to cancel my order but they confirmed
that order is received by the restaurant (a lie) as they made that order on spot when i called and it will reach me in 19 mins (another lie) and here i am waiting an extra 25 mins and my food is not here from a restaurant with 17 mins drive from my place !!! Can this be any worse

Does it really take 1 hr + for cpl of shwarma?

They are super fast and over all better than other grocery stores on talabat application that sometimes send you a different item ( instead of telling it is out of stock).
For talabat mart everything is perfect but sometimes fruits are not that fresh and sometimes raw .

They send the wrong order for me and they didn't compensate me.. And they didn't let me write my order feedback when I told them that my order is lost.... Totally not honest company

Very disappointing experience. I ordered in Talabat mart but unfortunately the vegetables are not fresh at all. Seems like ages. I call there representative but not helpful at all to replace my order. Better not to order
