I had a terrible experience. I placed an order and waited for over an hour and a half, with visitors waiting for their food. However, to my disappointment, the order was suddenly cancelled. I was left scrambling to find an alternative option to feed my guests. It was an extremely frustrating and embarrassing situation.

To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the customer service for assistance but received no help or resolution. This type of poor customer service is unacceptable.

I highly recommend to close this company.

discount promos are scam! they will say 50% off but it is only up to 30 dirhams!!! how is that 50%? 50% should be half of my bill? so if i am billed 100 dirhams, i should only pay 50 dirhams! this company should be looked into by the government of dubai.

If I could give you ZERO rate I would. This is the worst company when it comes to dealing customer service. You have to train your people on WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never recommend this company ever again. Technology wise, Zomato is way too better than you. Bad that Zomato has to go. I will never going to use your app ever again!!!!! WORST OF ALL WORST!!!

9 month later today 10th of August 2023 another disaster delivery by Talabat .. Only have my order arrived and when I complained and asked for a refund I got it in form of Talabat Credit !! meaning I can only use it with them .. what if I don't want ro use this service ever again ? Is this even legal here in the UAE ? Any way I asked for refund back to my bank account ..let's see.

Dec 2022:One and half hour to deliver an order and not yet delivered ..no phone number to inquire ..what kind of service is this ?

Worse customer service I have every seen in my life I waited over 3 hours for an order and their excuse was there was an app issue. the customer service agent Awais Q refused to call the restaurant or telling me how far it is and when I will receive when i asked to talk to a supervisor they refused to give supervisor name or any contact number

I had a horrible experience today when I placed my order with KFC Al Qusais through Talabat. I had to wait for 2 hours for my order but it did not arrive. I cancelled the order and I am awaiting refund from Talabat. I hope they will pay my Money.

If I could give them zero stars I would. One of the worst customer service companies on the planet. My order wasn't completed despite them charging my card. Took hours to actually speak to someone and held on the phone for 3 hours to try and speak to a manager. They basically charged my card didn't send the food and ultimately said it would take 5-7 business days to refund. What a joke!!!! if you have any sense use one of the other delivery companies don't ever use Talabat.
