Very rude attitude of staff and they are not allow you to use washroom. waiter will not come back you will wait and wait. Disrespect customers speacially the guy with coloured hair with specs and the old man with specs on counter has no manner toward customers brainless people worst experience.

First of all it will be much appreciated if I could give a zero star, one star doesn't mean its worth one star.
I ordered for a squid fry and I got the squid fry with a raw chicken wings on the serving. What will you do when you find a raw meat in your dish??

I will point out one by one my observations ???? regarding talal restaurant on my past few visits.
1. It's not tidy . Absolutely not clean.. the table will be always a mess.
2. I don't trust the water they serve. Because I have seen all the employees in talal including the cleaning boy drinking from bottled mineral water.
3. The order will be taken from you only after you get annoyed. Because there is no other hotel nearby.
4. When the order is taken it will take another hectic waiting to get it served. Today I waited for squid fry for 30 mins and it was served cold.

Some good stuffs about talal ????
1. Can't complain the taste of food.
2. Chapati and rotti is good . Porotta not up to mark.
3. You will get lot of special items.
4. The home delivery is good because you don't want to worry about their serving, the water quality and the waiter's who won't even smile.

This is my personal experience. Might be different from what others have experienced.

Too much slow service and costly food.manager doesn't have good communication.there r 2 waiter in evening.one is t best waiter he will give u t fast service.the shortest waiter makbul name his.

Its very rare to find restaurants in Hamriyah serving clean, hygenic and tasty food and Talal is one among them. The service is very good with almost all types of cuisine available of your choice.
