Excellent airport hotel. So close to parking, so close to departures. Bar staff and restaurant staff brilliant. Easy food but nice. Only let down was front of house checking in. The lady made an odd comment that she did not like French people, not great when my family are half French.

Fine place to stay the night. If you are flying out or in of Gatwick this hotel is amazing! Parking is expensive (same price as anyone who parks in parking structure) (I paid £40 for less than 9 hours). Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is quite delicious. Staff are very helpful. Only entrance is from the departure section of airport, no entrance from actual building.

Lovely place, Very handy if you have a flight going outwards or inbound to chill out and grab a snack or have a drink
Nice food great service. Breakfast was a lot to choose from good quality.
Pillows in room not the best but personal preference. Definitely recommend

The rooms are nice, quite, and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the shower towels are big and soft.
The only thing missing that will make the experience greater, especially if you are there for more than one night, is a refrigerator.
The staff is nice.

Fantastic location, a walk of a hundred metres from North terminal. Room was super clean, bed super comfy. The breakfast was absolutely horrific and will take some time to try and forget about.

If you’re in need of a layover hotel room at Gatwick, the Hampton Inn is an option. The room was clean. Quiet (after 5pm when construction on the airport ended) or if nobody was walking around. Near to north terminal gates and a short tram ride to south terminal. The staff was fantastic. Especially, the young woman bartender. The reason for the low score on the room is…it’s likely the noisiest flooring I’ve ever encountered in a recently built structure. Every step, including all the carpeted areas (hallways, rooms) creaked like the 17th century. What’s up with that?

Super handy! Late flight into Gatwick and instead of jumping on a train you can stay in this affordable hotel. Rooms are pretty big and breakfast is great. Total value for your money. Staff is nice a polite, what else can you ask for?

If you're staying at the airport it's a great option. 30 minute express train to Victoria station. Lots of restaurant options around the airport and at neighboring hotels. We had a very sick little boy who vomited everywhere and the staff went above and beyond to clean our room for us. Thanks so much for making our final nights in London easy. Highly recommend.
