Was told that this soft play was for parties only (rudely told I should say)! We weren’t allowed in. Disappointed child. Don’t waste your time going here!

Literally the worst service. I checked on Facebook to see if they were open or closed for a private party and it said it was open. So I took 3 children only to be told incredibly rudely that they were closed for a party, and that somehow it was my own fault for not knowing that. The staff member even laughed at me and said “oh we don’t update the website” how is that helpful? Won’t be coming back.

Great indoor fun for the children. No charge for adults and no time limit for the children. Our grandkids 6 and 7 years old loved it. Can take your own food in or the food menu us really reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, well priced food and drink and plenty of space for the kids to run around.
The small children/baby area doesn't have a lot of things for them to play with, but I'm guessing that could be to do with COVID.

Compared to the other soft plays in Carlisle it is nice and quiet and spacious with good size area and toys for the babies as well as toddlers!
You're allowed to bring your own food for children only but not yourself according to signage however the menu they have for their own food is reasonably priced.
Lost a star for the fact that the baby area needs a good clean, hoover and wipe down as it was quite messy/dirty while I was there. Also floors in the dining area need kept on top of as there was bits of food all over the floor that hadn't been swept up and it wasn't busy.
Also, if you've a youngster in a pram you need to leave the pram downstairs and carry the baby up set of steep stairs which may not be ideal for some people.

Once again check on website it's states open till 4 walk down with 2 toddlers and it's closed. AGAIN

Great amount of space for the kids and easy to watch them go in and out. Coffee and food on site. Parking on the Street can be limited. Cheaper than some other soft plays and food is well priced.
