Highly disappointed. The mashed potatoes were not just dry but had boiled potato pieces as well. One could make better at home. The vegetables on the side came drenched with so much oil it. The place needs a new look including seats and decor on the wall. The decor were ripped and taped up on the wall. Sad such a good place is now come to this. While the quality of food has decreased the price remains the same. I personally would gladly pay but not for this quality.

Had lunch a few times here. Location is fantastic ???? if you want to relax while having your meal, then better visit this area. Food was good and service was awesome. We were served by Kalvin I think if I’m not mistaken. Good customer service. ????

I visited T.G.I Friday several times in Saudi Arabia, my experience was much better as the taste of the food there was very good. My experience at Al Majaz Waterfront branch was under expectations.
3 stars for the place and friendly staff

#tgifridays One of our fave fine dining resto in majaz waterfront just nearby our place. All food are yummy eversince❤️ attentive and nice staffs too..

Woooww???????????? Goodnews they are having everyday special day… like when tuesday its pasta day… there is also steak day :) you will enjoy this food and special offers. Must viait TGIF MAJAZ WATERFONT.

The place qas very clean and the french fries were amazing but cajun pasta tasted so horrible that we had to replace it with another item. The other dishes were nice but the portion size is really small compared to other restaurants

I usually really get excited to try American food but TGIF was a let down. The food was lacklustre and boring. The two chicken pastas were not creamy at all and had the same base taste. The burger was mediocre and the country fried chicken was more fried crust than chicken. The service is really slow and they take a long time trying to fulfil your requests. The only good part was the location with the hourly fountains and music.

It's TGI Friday's it's family friendly and comfy seating helpful staff all around especially our server Ck he's very good in service ..Good job to you!

Free refills on drinks and decent kids menu. My steak was good good of done with a little more trimming of fat on it.
The mocktail was excellent one of the best I've had. Big portions. Parking available outside for free if purchase 100 aed ..
