A very Dense green space having informal sitting at the heart of Sharjah with in the traditional built form with some unique elements.

Great space, landlord is friendly, easy to talk with and understanding of business requirements. I've been here for over a year now. Very happy with the space and 24 hour secure access. Would highly recommend.

Problem with access for parking. Not ideal, off busy road and there is a barrier that requires a swipe card. If you are a visitor, it is problematic and people parking half on the pavement on the main road.

Nice small and clean office area. Easy to hey to by bus or train depending on your distance from Coatbridge
